Sea Shai's extensive appetizer selections include the yakitori ($4.25), grilled skewers of chicken coated in a sweet sauce. The seaweed salad ($2.95), along with the requisite seaweed, came with shredded cucumber, green pepper, and a large portion of crab all topped with a sharp soy and vinegar dressing. The long, inviting sushi bar offers a wide variety Ñ the Manhattan roll ($4.75) features smoked salmon and avocado. Sea Shai checks off on that important list requiring fresh ingredients, imaginative preparations and large portions well presented.
